Rita it depends on how desperate the landlord is to lease the space.Are you talking an industrial lease, office lease, retail lease??

If they are looking for a traditional retail transaction simply forward that information to the agent you are corresponding with.

Also, in a partial loss situation I'd expect to be able to get the restoration work done for quite a bit less than the retail pricing that the claims adjuster will use as the basis for compensation.

I think I seriously need to consider paying full retail price for more things.
