With Somerville investing in redevelopment and Everett looking to build a casino the traffic is surely going to be a complete nightmare forcing professionals back into Boston/Cambridge and out of the outliers.Just my 2 cents.

The bigger challenge in a short sale is you need to show the ability to purchase.....either cash in Your name, or a legit preapproval from a lender.

When you assign a contract, a fully legit and secured contract, you are “selling” your rights under that contract to someone else and that person would then be bound to all the stipulations and contingencies of the contract you signed.
