Call around and see what a basic service call costs for a variety of common issues: clogged toilet or sewer line, furnace or water heater pilot won't stay lit, garbage disposal is leaking, refrigerator isn't staying cold, etc.

In 24 hours if that water is below the Sharpie, something is leaking. 

On three units, that's the price of a new roof in one year.

This seems like a leak of sensitive information, and it makes me angry since all she has to do is to communicate to the seller that I have enough funds to purchase the property in cash.
