Modifications that change the layout of the house (i.e. adding or removing walls to create or expand rooms or adding a bathroom)?

Just lay out for the loan officer what you are trying to do.  

Not quit as big a project as are done in the cities but touring those areas gives me some ideas on layouts and square footage.

My plan is to put a good amount of work into the place but the layout is good so I don't need to gut it.

Dear BP webpage designers, I think it would really be a good idea to take a look at the layout of the drop down menu once you click browse forums.

I want to clearly lay out the process if they do not pay on time.I have heard many people on Bigger Pockets, but perhaps they are from another state.Step by step, what should I do when I have not received rent by close of business on the 1st of the month?

I like option 2 because it's the safer, more conventional layout.

I know I said $ but this is just how they charge.It's hard to say how much for maint and capex because I don't know the layout, how many roofs, basements, slab or crawl.  

We plan to talk to him tomorrow to lay out the terms.
