@Alex Heidenreich thanks for sharingFor your future deals: https://drive.google.com/file/...By virtue of acting as a lien, water/sewer always stays with the landlord in this city (and most cities)...even if you have a business agreement with the city/tenants it's on you if they do not pay...this is one of those areas that most people don't investigate that can become problematic.
