Looking to enter Cleveland
We are fresh to investing and looking for advice. We are out of state but I think that Cleveland has a market that we can afford to start in. Is there anyone in the area that can give some tips? Also, this may seem silly to ask but, do you need to get financing from a bank in Cleveland? Or can we finance anywhere?

I know of a bank that I have used to acquire 4 properties in Cleveland......I also found out that they will still do financing on properties that are below $50,000.
Get pre-approved first or you will not be taken seriously out there.
After you get pre-approved I can put you in touch with PMs, a Realtor and contractor that are used to working with out of state investors. They all own investment property themselves in Cleveland so they also know the lay of the land.
