Long story short I agreed to 210k  and after some sellers cost they would net maybe 8k.. well then our boys did not realize tax's had to be paid and they were not swift enough to know that me a cash buyer could have taken title sub too tax's.... but they thought if tax's were not paid they could not sell. ( although maybe SC is a state were tax's must be paid before the deeds can record will have to check that out).. but I told them I would slip it..
