@Kenesha Lewis, what sort of list did you use.Mailing can be very effective, but you do need to get innovative when you are in a crowded market like this. 

There were fewer homes for sale in Nov 2023 compared to Nov 2022 and we had fewer sales in Nov 2023 compared to Nov 2022.

People did some other things like bought HML flips in Nov 22 and still here in Nov 23 can't push out in the northern heights of Houston.

You may be able to find such a CPA locally, and if not, don't be worried about finding someone that isn't local to you as technology eliminates the majority of barriers.
