New property to be managed professionally.Learn as much as possible about the real estate industry to determine where my short term and long term niche lie and to enable utilizing my strengths to add value in partnerships.My questions to the community:I prefer to invest in the greater Seattle or Washington / Oregon area.

We really enjoy being landlords and have a goal of starting our own property management company in a few years, but first I plan to get my real estate broker license in order to gain some experience in the industry.

In a VA loan, there is an exclusion to the due on sale clause if the property is sold through a land contract (aka agreement for sale / contract for deed / etc.).

Same cost of living, lower property taxes and non of the snow or industrial grime.

I'm an active investor in the area and would love to meet other's also involved in the real estate industry out here, or interested in becoming an investor.I'm always looking for new deals and will do my best to help anyone looking for advice.

The annual exclusion for gift tax is $14k, but this can be doubled if you also use your spouse's annual exclusion. 

Although I have spent most of my career in the Oil and Gas industry both here in America and overseas, I have always had a romance with real estate and have recently decided to jump ALL IN and am looking for like minded individuals interested in working together in the creative investment aspects of the business.

There are plenty of people who are new to this industry, but never get off the ground because they allow their fear to be their decision maker. 

I'm not a fan of comingling LLCs, especially different businesses in different industries.
