Its vacancies are already into double digits, well above historical expectations, and over the next 18 months, its inventory will expand by another 20%.

The issue with the RE as being sold is the main building was ~3900' 2 story commercial single tenant (beautiful historical building and property).

My plan was to stabilize the property and then do a cash out refi after about 6mos to take advantage of the historically low interest rates we have right now and get my capital out.
