I dont think the economy will magically fix itself if this virus wrapped up in the next few weeks and it seems we are gonna be in this for the long haul. 

Success is not a nice linear path, analyze xx deals doesn't always immediately lead to xx results, but if you stay process-focused over the long-haul you will hit the long-term goals.  

My other two investors are entering retirement age and are excited by the prospect of selling now, understandably.I'd always toyed with the idea of finding investors to develop the property myself and building luxury condos or something on site, as the location is ideal.

I haven't used them, but I hear only good things about Andy Park (Double Haul Capital) and Fred Rae (Rain City Capital).  

We're currently trying to sell but I'm toying with the idea of hanging on to it and turning it into my first rental.  

If it's toys, rags, or other things that shouldn't be in a drain line I am asked to bill the tenant.

I'm interested in the buy and hold model of SFH or multifamilies that cashflow because I'm committed to invest for the long haul.

You'll definitely be losing money on this place over the long haul.

I'm getting kind of sad talking with my friends about their new trucks or toys.
