Maybe a word of mouth campaign might be more beneficial (and might already be if you are saying that 39% of the RSVPs are women).

It's the same as taxi drivers getting upset about uber drivers taking money out of their families' mouths without having to go through the same licensing as they do.

I will continue to look for a mentor the old fashion way, REIA meetings and word of mouth.  

I’ve seen investors give numbers and graphs, and send me all kinds of info to show me their area’s positives, but yet I am still happier than ever in what some people call the Armpit of America, Northwest Indiana.

Then I would also be the one answering the phones, and going to appointments.Now that we're running like a business, we work with @Jerry Puckett and could not be happier with his services (a true veteran of the direct mail biz).  

I just started getting into flips earlier this year and I'm working on my 3rd deal but I found them all from word of mouth really.

Is it realistic to think we can find a GC who works more hand to mouth?
