There are some growing pains with the newer companies, obviously it takes time and more importantly everyone to band together if they want to get more direct bookings.

I am originally from the Monterey Bay, but currently reside in the South Bay Los Angeles/ Long Beach area.I was raised “on the fence”, in the sense that I was exposed to much prosperity and poverty growing up.

If they let you go on leaving your wheelie bins out for 3 days, leaving construction debris on your lot, letting your grass grow or parking unregistered cars (all violations in our HOA) and then I come along and add a garage to my property that encroaches on the property line (but still within city code-this is Colorado now) and the HOA tries to stop me they may well be SOL.

I don't really have time to get multiple quotes since this needs to be fixed ASAP (tenant currently cannot shower as it is backed up).He claims that putting "copper sulfite at the joints" will "eliminate any risk of roots growing around the new piping." 

We have over 50 properties and would like to go over our finances and plans for growing our business with someone that has experience in this field.thanks!

Running a Mortgage Credit Report on any potential tenant will pull up more dirt than a worthless online consumer credit report.If you have someone with an 800+ score, make concessions to have them as renters.If you have someone with a 580 score, pass!
