Property Manager for Sarasota SFR

I am closing on my first Florida property today and I am an out of state investor.  I thought I had a line on a property manager but I am not happy with the responses I am getting so I am continuing to look.  I am pretty much a newbie investor although my husband and I have held rentals in our local area in the past where we have acted a the property manager.  The property is a single family home and I desire a full time renter not vacation rental.  It is in the Sarasota area and I believe I would feel better having someone in the area handle the management of the property since I am not local.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a good property manager in the area?  Thanks for your help.
