I am from the financial industry now so I know the grind of cold calling.With that said I can not seem to find a broker that has really made it yet.

Did projects passively before going full time and finally got sick of the corporate grind.

Tell tenant garage door is to be kept closed unless coming or going, and you have gotten complaint about noise / radio.

SFRs do seem like a grind, especially if the end goal is to scale which may not be possible without multifamily.Right now I’m pumping money into multifamily via crowdfunding where institutional-grade seasoned/tenured developers are offering 15-20% IRR for 4-5 yr hold period.

This does an effective job of eliminating noise transfer.

One of the most awesome things that have happened to me is that I now have a Mentor:-) So the sky is the limit and I'm ready to grind it out:-)

I don't shy away from work, Ill grind with the best of them but being totally honest I feel like I waste so much time running into road blocks.

I don't mind the study grind, paying dues, and doing my own paperworks, but I really don't want to work for another broker. 

I don't mind the grind, but I think I would rather put 90-100 hour weeks into real estate rather than public accounting if possible. 

We call it "quieting the noise".
