How to pick the right REAL ESTATE brokerage ?

I am looking to get into the business. I plan to work 12 hours a day cold calling, driving leads and closing deals. I am from the financial industry now so I know the grind of cold calling.

With that said I can not seem to find a broker that has really made it yet. They all seem to have fairly average business's. I am looking to learn from someone successful who is really killing it out there. Where should I be looking for these people ?

I am in the RI/ MA area.
