I would like to meet and work with some investors that do fix and flip and buy and hold to get some investments in the pipeline while working on the land development deals. 

The reason behind it being when large corporations finally figure out their work from home strategy (like the one I work for), there is going to be a large amount of gringos flocking to somewhere warmer within a short distance of and airport.

I have great reviews so far on my Google page…not many but a fair honest amount.

I'm not sure if they recently made a lot of fixes, but I've been using Propwire for about a week and have been impressed. -  For MLS properties, they definitely have photos (a lot of them).-  The data seems just as good as Propstream in the markets I tested (mostly Portland, OR and Phoenix, AZ). -  Estimated Values from Propwire are similar to Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com -  You can search for specific properties by address. -  You can download up to 10,000 properties at a time, and I've downloaded multiple large lists.

And vacancy rates may also increase because of the amount of bureaucracy you have to go through to place a new tenant.So again, a lot of variables.

I've seen young men try to move in a single woman with kids that turns out to be crazy as a loon, and I've seen great women try to move in their new "bad boy" boyfriend that they're going to fix.

Is there a typical amount that may be offered extra to help them out after I come to my price?

Hello,I am currently in my search for my first fix & flip.

@Chris Seveney, we own one investment property and have some money in retirement, but we just started saving so its not a large amount yet, so I wouldn't say we have a ton of assets at this point.

I have flipped a good amount of houses like this one (without the snow issue lol).Get 3-4 different contractors to bid the job and then get started on it ASAP.
