I have a strong backround in sales and management.I also have an extensive network around the Puget Sound since I use to own a business in the Edmonds area. 

I've done numerous vertical enlargements of 4 story buildings as well as horizontal extensions but no full on ground up projects.

She stated it was a 911 address change but, assured me, "they did extensive research through the appraisal district" and it was correct.

If a wholesaler doesn't live or work extensively in person to the market they are selling me I usually am extremely hesitant to work with them.
