Keep educating yourself and network like crazy and you'll reach your goals in no time.

I enjoy the education aspect of all this but fear the analysis paralysis will get me if I ONLY analyze.

I'm totally in my education phase, and I'm really intrigued about learning about real estate investing--flipping/rehabbing, BRRRR, REITs, Real Estate Funds, everything...  

However, it also creates an environment where a well educated person can do very very well in.
