Hello fellow BPer’s. I’ve invested in residential and small Multifamily since 2005. I’m ready to move into larger apartment investing and need help. I’m interested in hearing from folks who have been in a mentoring/ education / training program. There’s plenty to chose from. Lifestyles unlimited, Brad Sumrok, 37 parallel, Michael Blank, Real Estate Guys, Charles Dobbens, and plenty more I’m sure I’m missing. Please share your personal experience. The pros and cons. And if you had to do it all over again would you make the same choice?  Do you feel the value was worth the price?  Thank you!
