However, after reading, and reading, and reading some more, I'm thinking of changing that goal to not only be able to pay cash for a home, but to also build an income stream through rentals. 

My first step goal is to get out of my current residence, buy a duplex to house hack, while turning this residence into a rental property (if it makes sense).

At this rate I will need over 30 houses to meet my goals.

But define what the end goal is you hopefully that will help you.

Hi Guys, Originally, I started looking into the following markets:League City, TXKATY, TXTEXAS CITY,  TX PEARLAND, TXNORMAN, OKWINTER GARDEN, FLBOERNE, TX It is too much to keep track of all these markets, so my goal is to cut down my markets to 3 markets this week.

I want to sit down with them and share my goals and thoughts.
