I have more sophisticated analysis software for in-depth analysis but its mainly for managing operations.

There are some good posts there and theres also a few podcasts that go over that in depth.

JV Wholesaling with Justin Wilmot's 10 Hour Wholesaler was the model that appealed to me the most but the BP threads about it weren't encouraging because not enough people went in depth about their experience with it.
