Hey there, I'm finally going to get active here after being a member for 6 months and reading hundreds and hundreds of awesome inspiring info! My name is Andy King and I've been in love with Real Estate since 2001 when I bought my first house in college. I completed my first flip in 2008 and my second in 2009.

After being out of the market for a couple years my wife and I just purchased a duplex property in the Highlands neighborhood near downtown, completed a full renovation, rented one unit and are living in the other. We are excited about the cash flow this property is going to generate, and I am actively pursuing the next opportunity.

My goal for the next property is to utilize private or hard money to purchase and fix up, rent it, then refinance into a conventional loan.

I would like to meet some other more experienced investors in Denver, and build relationships with some private money lenders. I have a lot to offer in terms of building experience and attention to detail. If I can help you grow your own business and, in turn, learn something along the way, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks for reading!

Andy
