It's up to the landlord to accept or deny.

You can't deny them if they apply though, based solely on the HUD Vash status, because that would likely be discriminating against their disability.

The permit was denied because they said that no structure can be built on a piece of land that does not have a permanent residence.

FYI, I volunteer for a dog rescue and don't agree with how they treat the dogs, but I haven't seen the abuse first hand.

Today i participated in a 1 vs 5 meeting with the HOA at avocado village because I have had several notices for abuse of the 24 hour parking policy and that my fiance had "interfered with parking enforcement...my fiance has been towed once. 3 to 4 years ago the 24 hour policy was changed...from a free for all anything goes in the 24 hour parking spots, to a permit only heavily monitered and documented towing and fine isssuance policy.

Expenses don't fall into my process.Just get comfortable on accepting, denying, or putting them in a holding pattern, and document their decisions.  

Mine's a 14 Silverado and hers is a 15 Sierra and both have beds that are thoroughly abused, scuffed, and scraped inside.
