Hey BP Community,Long story short... before BP I received some "bad" counsel from a CPA to put our properties in an S-Corp instead of an LLC (properties are in Sacramento California if that matters).Fast forward 5 years and some of the properties have almost doubled in value.  

Now of course it's ideal to get rid of a blighted home in a community, but you at the came time, create one less home for someone to live in if it were fixed up.

We are mostly interested in Buy and Hold Investments, with an emphasis on multi-family units, but we are also considering the occasional flip when the market is right I found the Bigger Pockets podcasts on YouTube and am hooked, I'm so excited to have access to such an awesome community, especially being a newbie!
