I feel I should interview investors because I was instructed to focus on my chosen path, which is investing.

I frequent CO and NM but would love to own properties all over the country one day!    

Can anyone suggest other career paths related to real estate investing for a newbie to make enough money to live off of until more knowledge and experience can be gained?

It doesn't matter where you go in this great country, if you turn on the news, it's the same as here in Memphis.
