Hi all, I am looking to branch out of flipping into wholesaling as a way to generate more leads for my flips so I can work on scaling.

A prior tenant that lived in the house for five years also had no safety concerns.House had large Camphor tree (invasive in FL) in the back yard which was removed just prior to move in due to safety and structural concerns (great for shade, but shed large branches and could lift foundation). 

We don't have any kind of investor network that I'm aware of in central, IL so I'm hoping to branch out and meet other investors in the area as well as on this site.

I would like to start off buying homes around the Fredericksburg, VA area, then branch out to other areas.

It is a 30ft tree and a foot round trunk with lots of high branches.  

@Patrick Strain I would just start calling around to local banks and national banks with local branches.

I just paid $950 to clear an acre of woods and underbrush--small trees, solid sticker bushes throughout, trimming of low branches--and we are in a high cost of living area where the contractors live better than we do.
