Hi Tiffany, I have been listening to bigger pockets podcasts early of 2018 and was really into reading books and articles about investing.

I heard Josh, Brandon, and Mindy when they appeared as guests on various old episodes of the Stacking Benjamins podcast and was intrigued enough to start listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast.  

But I’m here to increase and get bigger pockets, not subsidized someone else. 

In other words, I have not started on anything but I do have books, educational platforms, Bigger Pockets podcast, (and possibly the lowest market in America........

You don’t have a syndication issue because you haven’t been out seeking to raise money.Your bigger issue is with your lender, disclosing these loans to your lender.

If you are honest and can perform, a single bigger investor can supply you all the work you could handle.
