Most likely, they look at pop. density, pop. growth, income levels, etc. to make sure they align with their strategy. 

We are tying to find lenders who play in our space and have products that align with our investing and that lender pool may only be a couple of the players.

Regulators obviously don't want rent to escalate at such a dramatic rate, outpacing wage levels but the landlords of course will be wailing about how an attempt to align rent price increase to inflation (and up to 8% it seems which is higher than inflation of 3%), will somehow likely trigger their bankruptcy.Would you rather cash flow (and barely in some markets) but experience stagnant or declining property values?

Make it a 1/2 or 45 minute conversation between you, a group of people with aligned interests in real estate, and myself.If anyone is interested it would be a great way to pull investors out to the meetup and coordinate deals in the area.

The installation instructions direct you to extend the deadbolt in the door before attaching the main operational component align the main component's axle "pointing upward" (the head that extends out looks like a triangular Phillips screwdriver), so it is aligned with the deadbolt axle.But on this particular controller component it WOULD NOT rotate to the proper position.  

Our situation is a bit unique because we work closely with the same contractor on many jobs and incentives are pretty aligned.
