Would a loan to the LLC be respected in that situation?

I'm currently looking on a property in a quite respected and well beloved city in my country (Denmark for anyone interested)This current property, is currently priced at 1750000 DKK - Which is around 235k euros.The time it has been on the market is quite alarming, sitting at 2876 days so far.What would be a good lowballing bid?

@Jacob Coulter - I was in a slightly similar situation this Summer as I was looking at a 4 unit that had a large foundation issue.  

Sometimes it can be tough to separate yourself from the situation.

I'd want to know more of the situation especially as it relates to if the whole thing was avoidable. 

I quit my job a little over 3 years ago for similar reasons, but I had a plan in place before I quit, so our situations are different. 

Thankfully, all my other STRs are lease situations.  

I love it when people never post what the aftermath of a situation was.
