Of course, handwritten letters are super time consuming but if you keep your pen/marker and paper handy, you'd be surprised how many you get done during your downtime.Best of luck to you!

My husband took a trip out to the unit last night but no one was home.We'll be using his extra money to hire a lawyer to help us out if he isn't out of the apartment March 1.Nevertheless, I'm super impatient and dying to know what to expect.  

I haven't been here on BP for very long but everyone here is super friendly and helpful.

i have not personally used them but as an investor agent, i have worked with them on 2 deals so far. they are very responsive, fairly quick, super nice and helpful, but they appraisers they use.... leaves a lot to be desired. i have had to fight every appraisal done by their contractors.... with that beings said, that is the only negative i know of. i have heard their points are some of the lowest in the industry.

Super cool city, but nothing really for cash flow right now. if you are open to other markets, I buy out-of-state (I'm in CA in LA) and there quite a few good markets out there.

Any advice would be so greatly appreciated as I'm super excited about this property and I really want to make it happen!
