I just envision a sister to a bunch of siblings, who the parents made the executor, and she's desperately trying to get the place sold before any of them can try to stop the sale, for whatever reason, which points to some kind of problem with the estate, which could be creditors, heirs, who knows.I'd proceed with caution and with a lawyer.
