The house had some significant plumbing issues that needed to be addressed as well as some electrical updates.

Be sure to include not just fixing leaking sinks and the run of the mill maintenance items but also make-ready work and other odds and ends, like regular seasonal items (checking furnaces, A/Cs, lawncare, etc).

Update: as I was leaving the English Ranch neighborhood the other day I saw a car driving around that was the City of Fort Collins and had "CODE COMPLIANCE" written in big letters on the side.

Borrower checks in with lender, lender requests more info (updated bank statements, etc), Borrower sends in more info.

As an update, the number that turned up has been disconnected.

It does a good job showing all the action your numbers receive... it can also integrate with podio for free (using the globiflow extension) and every time someone calls your number podio will automatically update and it can tag it as an absentee owner list or driving for dollars list, etc.
