If for a particular property your agent isn’t available, he/she will sub out the showing to another agent and/or refer you to that agent for that property while continuing to help you.What’s not reasonable in my opinion is asking for many same day tours / walk through videos, asking the agent to write up many offers that are NOT competitive and/or seeing 5+ properties and not writing any offers.

The process went smoothly from there.The one difference with me was that I was very familiar with the property as it had been on the market previously and I had toured, seen the financials, rent roll, etc.
