I'm looking for a 1 bedroom under $150k near the beach.

I'm currently residing in Manhattan Beach, CA but I am looking to start my investing around the Indianapolis area of IN.

There are some very bad areas of VA Beach.

I purchased my home (938sqft 2bed 1 bath) in Long Beach, Ca for 310k on a 30y fixed at 3.5%.

Do anybody know any good wholesalers in Myrtle Beach, SC?

I am a Realtor and I practice in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and most Palm Beach County and some in northern Broward.

I am going to Rosemary Beach tomorrow and even though it is highly unlikely I will buy anything, you never know, but meeting with a couple of agents and seeing what is going on down there creates a tax write off of a small portion of the trip.

In terms of cash flow, there are duplexes and 1-4 unit properties that will give you a good return, especially in locations where new businesses are popping up, both by the beach and more inland. 

Small 960 Sqft 3/1 house but part of a dead end private association with access to a  private beach (lake).  

My side job as a listing manager for short term rentals has taken off in Alexandria, VA and Daytona Beach, FL (where I visit often and have a great team!).
