Listing Manager and soon to be Investor, Alexandria VA

My side job as a listing manager for short term rentals has taken off in Alexandria, VA and Daytona Beach, FL (where I visit often and have a great team!). I am currently making offers on my first investment property in Daytona Beach, FL to manage on my own, after realizing how fun it is, and also how much more profit I can make as an owner! I would still love to expand on the properties I manage, connect with owners about getting the most out of their income suite or investment home, and offer referrals in my area for management, handyman services, and cleaning services...and hope to find reciprocation. My main goal in joining the site is to find out what I should expect as a new investor, and hopefully, make as few mistakes as possible along the way.
