Leverage their expertise as they will yours.

Thanks to the unbelievable resources provided by BP, I've gone a long way in my RE education and am getting close to making some moves. 

I'm looking at Garland right now but I'm open to be educated more about the market. 

In an attempt to add value to her and the education they will be providing me, my thought is to hire a friend of mine who produces high quality video content for real estate agents and auctioneers(yes, there will be drone footage).

Competing with big dogs and institutional money for multi units doesn’t often leverage the small investors advantages. 

Also, I am always looking for advice/education on getting creative to acquire anything from 2 units to 20+ units.

Just start thinking of how you can leverage each and every one of these advantages, set up your long term goal, and work backwards from there.  

About a month ago I really started to educate myself on Real Estate Investing and it didn't take long to find BP.
