hi corey. i have done it myself. one room, it came off like melted butter, the other damn near took an act of God to get it off. depends on what is under it i guess. i used just straight water on it, but the vinegar and water might do the trick as well. yes, some of this stuff does contain asbestos. i had a sample tested before i even started it. found out it contained no asbestos, so i did it myself. yes, it does make a mess, but in a rehab, you are gonna have messes anyway, right?

However, being just to the right side (not the left side) of agnostic, my reference to prayer has more to do about being right with God, my fellow man and right with life in general.

I just thank God I made it through without losing my sanity and at the end, I am still here :) So they lived almost two months free [could have been 3 but the security covered one].  

I can tell you how some of the investors i work with have set things up like contracts between us and what the expectaions for them to me and me to them .. but either way i would highly suggest you have someone that can at the very least visit any potential investment property you are interested in .. i wish you the very best ..God Speed, Michael Short
