The buyers are usually less emotional.....they either want it or they don't.  

Airbnb has a policy that states that they do not discriminate against support animals (for disability or emotional support). 

Either way, you would have two properties...but in the 2nd option both deals making money for you.Don't get emotionally attached to your properties...or specific money in any property.
