At that point, we had to order a payoff through the trustee instead of the bank, and get that to title, then make sure that title wired the money ASAP so the bank would remove the property from auction.Its a highly time consuming and stressful situation, anywhere within 2 weeks of the auction date.  

And given a rental market that is tops in the country the stress of management is mitigated collections are nearly 100% etc etc. .I think the issue with the lower end properties and rentals is they are so up in down with tenant issues that many landlords get tired and finally sell after 3 to 5 years and usually lose money selling because the only buyer is another recently trained BP investor who is going to back into the VAlue using the 2% rule or what have you.

You've got a great game plan, and the resources to build your business without stressing over income. 

It can be stressful and rewarding having a partner.

I had to get a mouth guard to wear at night cause I was grinding my teeth due to stress.

Also said let owners know if people are renting-to-own better chance of the house being taking care of and less stress from tenant .

My Goad is for her to be able to leave her high demand and high stress job and be my Partner in Real Estate.  

Yes I have made mistakes and there has been stress, but that's it.

It was an amazing learning experience with no "financial" price associate just some stress/ulcer inducing movements lol !

It is the emotional stress that sinks people in this industry and often times in their personal lives.
