Hello BP community,

I'm Kevin from the SF bay area. I'm really new to investment real estate but am I glad to finally found this site! I'm learnings tons of really valuable information on this site and don't feel like I'm going into this alone. I'm looking to purchase a SFH in Austin, TX and Indianapolis. Nice to meet all of you!
