In my experience, the most common issue is noise between levels.

I'm not sure if we're allowed to recommend companies on here or not, but I have a name of someone I trust that I use for residential and commercial abatement and remediation.  

I don't recommend it personally.. unless you already know the market and or you have a PM that you trust implicitly or broker etc.

Some of my properties were insured and after hurricane Irma and a few close calls with tenants threatening to sue, I decided that I needed asset protection and began looking at Anderson advisors and Companies Incorporated for advice and strategies to protect current assets and avoid losing substantial portion of the inherited trust due to a tenant threatening to sue because a cabinet fell on her.  

Any good recommendations of trust source I can do a quotation?

I have lived everywhere I invest so no I have not faced this challenge, however some questions for you to consider below:-comfort level with telephonic calls to local contacts (agents, contractors, etc? 

I would like to connect with local real estate investors with ranging levels of experience that have some interest in connecting with high-performing students that are aspiring real estate investors.

Aim to establish contacts to help you (contractor, agent, PM, etc) within next 3 months. search for a home for 3-6 months (that meet your risk level) and close.  

Example: Housing starts, number of active listings, how many properties closed, how many active listings, inventory levels etc...Thanks in advance.
