@Pasha Ama depends in what context your talking about.. if its as simple as buying rentals in different markets that's not too hard and of course there is always the turn key option.if it flipping or some other strategy that gets more complicated and you should be prepared for a lot of travel..

I definitely don't mind traveling to get a feel for everything at first, but its good to know you can eventually do everything remotely since it will be difficult to travel while I still have my 9-5.
