We are leaning towards bringing on a hard working administrative assistant to lighten the load and free up more time to focus on more pertinent tasks.Wondering if anyone can give us suggestions on the starting the process of being able to provide/offer health insurance to our employees.

I would love the chance to meet with, sit down and get to learn the application parts of the wholesaling process, as this is what I'm currently invested in learning to start to do myself. 

@Danny Van- thanks  1) if you have some equity in the property - you might consider getting a HELOC in place now  in case you  want to use any  equity in the future ...Its  easier to get a heloc in place on a primary home as compared to a rental  2) contact your insurance agent and  ask for an  estimate for how the insurance coverage and premium will  change  3) consider  a proeprty management firm if you dont want to  self  manage  4)  get any forms and  processes  in place  (  leases / credit checks / bank accounts/  etc ....)

Getting contact information for LLCs is a double skip process.

It’s my understanding they rent out for far less than other locations but if you can scale this process you can do quite well.

Eventually you will find a property you are ready to buy and then you start the land lording process which is your next adventure.

Is an estoppel agreement with owner provided leases and payment history enough, or should I have them each sign new leases and go through the screening process again? 

And worse, many are in the process of destroying their reputations because of how they are handling it.I agree that one has to get started, buying the first few deals.
