This would be would be my first endeavor at house hacking and BRRRR so i knew it would be hard work but I don't know how much I should try to take on for my first property.

It seems like it would be a good way to try to get a motivated seller and put in an offer on the house before it goes to auction.it's a very hit and miss (Mostly miss) endeavor if you are reaching out to people based on a Zillow label.

We were able to completely transform a house, and we made some money in the process.

I am just starting this endeavor to buy and build a CRE company, but work in the property management now to learn the basics. 

When you already have the money, it provides a small measure of control.I do know people that take bonds instead of deposits but that's a risky endeavor.

Having seen real estate transformed from start to finish I am eager and ready to start my next project.
