You track record of closing deals, if and how much you re trade, ect, all mean a lot to sellers.

The culture there supports a high standard of work ethic and the Latin family support system educating then young people with trade skills (you wont see family units teaching trade skills in Cedar Park or any other hipster location).

I traded in my old 2013 truck for a used 2020 truck. 

Location location location.. buy at the top range not the bottom is the bottom line and where i sent him off to search  buy Memphis but buy at 120 to 160k you will have a much better outcome. 

@Jack B.Do you think outcome or process matters more in RE investing? 

My wife and I traded an hour of listening time.

I realize everyone will have a different story and every new RE agent will have a different outcome depending on their hustle but would still love to hear some scenarios of past or current brokerage relationships.
