James Conaway I'll give some generalities from my experience:- 25% down- 5-7 fixed w/ a balloon - 20-25 year amortization - full-recourse- 6-9 months of reserves - they will want to review property financials- they will want to review your personal financials And they'll want a say in the insurance policy, designate the appraiser, and the rest of the "standard" stuff that you're used to already.

It would have to be a very long term investment for all involved parties with significant equity buildup to merit the amount of work that would be required :/Also, it would be designed with valving to tap into the public water and sewer as soon as the township brings it to that area – without any major add-ons other than a short tie-in line.
