My cash flow on that one is sweet!

I am around the Iowa area, looking to wholesale in Different markets in Iowa (Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, Davenport, Cedar Falls, and Des Moines).Is there anyone who is willing to throw me some connections or connect me to someone who would be interested in Cash Buying some sweet deals?

I would not pay any attention to her comments, IMO, they're unreasonable.Keep an eye on future comments, and maybe try to add some inexpensive amenities like a Keurig, wine or flowers....?

We don't do owner occupied condos at US Commercial so this isn't a solicitation, but a combination condo financing seminar and wine tasting that's free sounds like a good time.Stephanie@Josh Liang

Hi Amanda, Local to you in Peabody, MA - PMI is lifetime until you hit 80% then it falls off but you can refi in the sweet spot of 78-80 ltv.

A good friend of mine who is also a Passive House Designer (IMO the BEST constructed building shells on the planet) reminded me that there is a “sweet spot” when designing a super-efficient shell and it’s less about square footage than it is about volume.

I only provide Coffee, fresh croisants, 1/2 1/2, and some trader joe's sweets.

That's a pretty sweet deal.

I'm not saying buy THOSE duplexes, but that would be a decent way to start finding the sweet spot areas  Like I mentioned before.
