You don't need a sophisticated accounting package that does payroll and tax prep, just basic income and expense. 

@Sanjeev Vij if you know the product you need but just need it in a specific state try posting in that state forum.

Best part is you wouldn't even need to find the buyers, more money if you did but good chance you don't need to.Anyway give it some thought & good luck to you as it's a much more sophisticated way to learn.

I, however, may be interested in creating a boutique MF product, which ultimately could be something a smaller time investment may desire to purchase.  

Some clubs are more about bringing in a sales person and have a product/service to purchase at the end of the presentation with discounts.

It would be nice to have a place where investors of a wide range of experience level gather and don't care about making money off of each other but only seek to have productive discussions and network with others.

In my lease I say, do not flush feminine products, flushable wipes, flushable kitty litter, etc.

We are developers and builders and this is just the kind of great product we love to do.
