Genuine Meet-ups in Dallas
Hi all,
Just curious if there are any RE investing clubs here in Dallas that you'd recommend where members discuss and share ideas without having someone try to get them to join their exclusive club that costs thousands of dollars. Seems like all of the ones posted on BP are just people trying to funnel you into a mentor-ship program however, I should mention, I've only been to two. It would be nice to have a place where investors of a wide range of experience level gather and don't care about making money off of each other but only seek to have productive discussions and network with others.

Hello @Christian Salvo, that is what I have seen from most BP forums. I have been thinking of starting one, but not sure of the cost of a place to meet. I am researching now. Plus I want to have outside of Dallas area, so not sure what kind of participation it would get. Just going to have to try one and see how it goes. You might think of doing that too.
